Ehab Khalil is the leader of Legal Way for Law and Legal Consultancy, bringing over twenty years of experience in the legal field. As a highly skilled bilingual lawyer, he possesses extensive expertise in both Egyptian and international law.
Ehab Khalil began his legal career as a lawyer before establishing his own private law office. He later took on the role of Legal Affairs Manager at BIM Egypt.
His legal practice spans multiple areas, including litigation in criminal cases, where he has achieved remarkable success in handling some of the most challenging cases. He also has extensive experience in labor and rental disputes. Additionally, he is highly proficient in company formation of all types, as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, in addition to handling commercial disputes.
Furthermore, his expertise extends to immigration law, assisting investors and foreign nationals in obtaining work permits and residency. He is also well-versed in intellectual property cases, including recovering stolen trademarks.
